Gallagher heals allies and applies Besotted to enemies, increasing damage taken. In Break teams he also contributes Break Effect damage. He is the only healer designed for Break compositions.
How to Play
Use Skill to heal the lowest-HP ally and apply Besotted to enemies. Use Ultimate for team-wide healing when needed. Gallagher should build Break Effect to contribute damage in Break teams.
Optimal Rotation
Gallagher Skill (heal + Besotted) → Break DPS rotation → Gallagher Basic Attacks for Break damage → refresh Besotted with Skill. Use Ultimate only when team HP is low.
Strengths
Best healer for Break teams. Besotted increases team damage. E6 makes him S-tier. Free from Penacony story. Contributes Break damage unlike other healers.
Weaknesses
Outclassed by Huohuo/Luocha in non-Break teams. Healing is single-target on Skill. Requires Break team context to shine.
Investment Priority
Max Eidolons if possible — E6 is a huge spike. Build Break Effect and SPD. Post-Op Conversation S5 is fine for healing. Level Skill first.
